Refund policy

Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy for eligible items only. Returns must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date as marked by the courier. Refer to the Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items section for details on ineligible items.

In addition, to be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it– unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, contact us at support@fafo408.com with your order number and details of the reason for your return. Your order number can be found in the original confirmation email you received when you placed your order.

Please monitor your return request and respond to our messages in a timely manner. If communication significantly exceeds the 30-day return window, we reserve the right to deny the return. What constitutes a significant delay will be determined at our discretion.

If your return request is accepted, we will email you a return shipping label with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted. Shipping costs to and from will not be refunded. A 15% restocking fee will apply to all returned items.

Cancellations
If you choose to cancel an order that is not yet fulfilled but payment has been processed, then a 5% merchant authorization transaction fee will apply to cover processing costs. This fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. If the order has been fulfilled then you cannot cancel the order, but you can request a return that is subject to our acceptance. Pre-orders
Some items in our store may be offered to you as a pre-order. When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory.  If applicable and/or available, the lead time is typically stated on a product's listing page. Lead time refers to the estimated time frame for when the product in question is expected to be back in stock. Please note that lead times are estimates and may be subject to change. We will collect a full payment prior to fulfillment of a pre-order. You can cancel a pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled but it is subject to our cancellation policy. See our Cancellation policy for more details on cancellations. If the pre-order has been fulfilled then you cannot cancel the order, but you can request a return that is subject to authorization. See our Returns policy for more details.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 7 business day if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items are ineligible for returns, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also cannot accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases, as well as sale items or gift cards.

Lithium-ion batteries and Jetson Speed Limiter Flash are non-returnable.

Items that are worn, used, damaged, and/or not in their original packaging are not eligible for returns.

Exchanges
The quickest way to receive the item(s) you want is to return your current item(s), subject to pre-approval. Refer to our Returns Policy for more details. Once/If the return is received, inspected, and approved, you can place a separate order for the new item(s). Self-exchanges are not permitted. We are unable to process direct exchanges at this time.

Refunds
Within 15 business days of receiving your return (as indicated by the postmark), we will inspect the item(s) and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days from approval date. Please note that your bank or card company may require additional time to process and post the refund.
