Disc Brake Conversion

This kit contains all the components required to upgrade your Pocket Mod’s rear brake from a band brake to a disc brake system. Whether you use the included caliper or select your own, this conversion offers a significant performance boost over the drum brake. It’s an essential upgrade for enhancing speed and also benefits stock Pocket Mods.

Made of CNC-cut Mild Steel and finished with a durable Silver Powder Coat to match the factory frame color while protecting against the elements. Unlike other companies that use aluminum, we chose mild steel because it offers greater strength and is far less prone to warping or flexing under braking. Each brake bracket is fully manufactured in-house.

When installing our supplied caliper, there’s no need to replace the brake line or cable housing, just a simple reroute is necessary, making it the most efficient and straightforward method to fit a brake caliper without modifying the existing lever and cable setup.
